Return Policy

At Blue Elemental, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.

 

*Eligibility*

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Products must be in their original packaging.

- Products must be in resalable condition, with no signs of use or damage.

- A re stocking fee will be applied to every return.

 

*Procedure*

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@blueelemental.com to obtain a return authorization.

2. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the return package.

3. Ship the product back to us at 21608 Marilla St Chatsworth, CA 91311.

4. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange, as requested.

 

*Refunds*

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product, minus any restocking fees.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

*Exchanges*

- Exchanges are only available for products of equal or lesser value.

- If the exchanged product is of greater value, the customer will need to pay the difference.

- Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

*Restocking Fees*

- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

 

*Exceptions*

- Products that are custom-made or special-ordered may NOT be eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Products that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

*Warranty Claims*

- If a product is defective or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.

 

*Changes to this Policy*

- We reserve the right to modify or change this return policy at any time without prior notice.
